This page states only facts about the information DAYPACK ("the App") handles.
Photos and videos
The App accesses photos and videos in the Photos app. Viewing and sorting photos happen entirely on your device. Photos are never sent to the developer's servers or anywhere else.
The only changes the App makes to the Photos app are adding a ★ (Favorite) to photos you favorite and deleting photos you let go. Deletion goes through iPhone's confirmation dialog.
Pack records
Pack records (dates, photo counts, and which photos you let go, favorited, or put back) are stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is on, synced to your own iCloud. Records don't contain the photos themselves. The developer cannot access their contents.
Account and usage
The App does not require account registration. It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or similar information.
To understand how the App is used and to fix bugs, the App uses Google's Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). What is sent: usage such as screens viewed and actions taken, device and OS type, and crash reports. Photos, your name or contact details, and the advertising identifier (IDFA) are never sent.
The App includes no advertising SDKs or tracking.
Payment
Purchases of paid plans are processed through RevenueCat, Inc. Only purchase information (plan, purchase date, expiration date, etc.) and an anonymous ID used to identify the purchase are shared with them.
Payment itself is handled by Apple. The developer never receives credit card details or other payment information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
